• Oversee all plant operations and personnel to meet production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Optimize processes and resources through scheduling, workforce planning, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.
• Lead staffing, training, and development efforts to promote a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Manage plant budgets, capital projects, and resource allocation.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership on plant performance and strategic priorities.
• Carry out other related tasks.

Exigences du poste

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ in a leadership role.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and team management.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Proficient in ERP and planning tools.
• Background in packaging and/or extrusion preferred.
