Les tâches
- Oversee all plant operations and personnel to meet production, quality, and safety objectives.
- Optimize processes and resources through scheduling, workforce planning, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.
- Lead staffing, training, and development efforts to promote a culture of accountability and improvement.
- Manage plant budgets, capital projects, and resource allocation.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on plant performance and strategic priorities.
- Carry out other related tasks.

Exigences du poste
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus).
- 7+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ in a leadership role.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and team management.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Proficient in ERP and planning tools.
- Background in packaging and/or extrusion preferred.
